These elegant breakfast sandwiches couldn’t be easier! Nutty melted imported Comte cheese, ham, and jam are piled on warm croissants for a sweet and savory treat that makes any breakfast or brunch more special.

  • 4 croissants halved
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded imported Comte cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1/4 cup mixed berry jam (or your favorite flavor


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a small baking sheet with cooking spray and add croissant bottoms. Top evenly with cheese, ham, and 1 TB jam. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Enjoy warm
