Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray and heat over high heat. Sprinkle imported Halloumi with cumin and smoked paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill on all sides for 1-2 minutes or until charred and warmed through. Slice into wedges.

Layer warm pita with vegetables and sliced grilled imported Halloumi. Serve with Tahini Drizzle and garnished with fresh herbs.
