
Cheesy Garlic Bread Bombs with imported Cheddar
You just need a handful of ingredients to make these crowd-pleasing and highly snackable little bites! Warm garlicky dough surrounds a delicious gooey imported Cheddar center for the perfect game day treat or easy party app.
Ingredients
- 1 package of 8 large refrigerated biscuits cut in half
- 8 oz imported Cheddar cheese cut into ~ 16 small chunks
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 TB minced garlic
- 2 TB chopped chives or parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly press each biscuit half into a circle and wrap tightly around a chunk of cheese, pinching to seal shut. Place seam side down on prepared sheet. Combine melted butter, salt, and garlic in a small bowl and brush on top of Garlic Bread Bombs. Bake for 15 minutes, brush with additional melted garlic butter, garnish with herbs, and enjoy!

Tip: These are delicious as is or you can serve them with marinara sauce for dipping!
