
Baked Brie with Spicy Mango Honey-Rum Topping
Luscious, buttery, baked imported cow’s milk Brie cheese from France is topped with a simple fresh mango sauce and garnished with toasted almonds and hot honey for punch.
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz wheel imported Brie cheese
- ⅓ cup mango chutney
- ⅓ cup diced fresh mango
- 2 TB spiced rum
- 3 TB toasted sliced honey roasted almonds
- 2 TB hot honey for garnish
- Crostini or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Place imported Brie in a small oven safe casserole or skillet and bake in a 350 oven for 10-15 minutes or until the center is extremely soft to the touch. While imported Brie is baking, stir together mango chutney, fresh mango, and run. Pour mango mixture over the hot imported Brie, garnish with almonds and hot honey and dig in!
