We’re in the backyard today with Madame fromage as she prepares a cheese mixed grill featuring Halloumi Cheese.
Halloumi Cheese, from the Cypress region of Greece, is designed to be heated and grilled for a chewy interior and a crispy skin. We’re grilling it with apricots, zucchini and red pepper and putting over greens with honey vinaigrette. You can also try grilling other cheeses like Scamorza or Aged Provolone
