Made from a combination of cow’s milk, goat’s milk and sheep’s milk, Halloumi is a creamy, springy textured cheese, similar to Mozzarella. Try grilling it or pan frying it and serving on salad or grilled vegetables. Enjoy it with a crisp, dry Rosé.
